Please use this form to register your children for the 2018-2019 year. There are spaces for up to four individual children (birth to 6th grade) in this form. Questions? Contact Amy Ireland.

Register a Youth

If you have children in grades 7 through 12th grade, please use the form below. Please register all children in youth programming using this form, as it has additional information from the children's form.

Sign Up to Help

Youth and Children's programming at Hamline Church are based on a cooperative model. Each adult in a household is asked to participate once a season in leadership or assistance in a classroom.
