Yoga Your Way

Yoga to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. This is an hour long yoga session, for all levels. Beginners are welcome. Differentiation of poses is offered to accommodate your needs. There are a few yoga mats and yoga blocks available to those who don’t have their own. Suggested contribution $10.00. Pay what you can.
