Hamline Church Women/United Methodist Women invite church members to go with them to see the film “Audrie & Daisy” at the St. Anthony Park Library, at the St. Anthony Park Library. We’ll carpool from the church at 5:30 p.m. The film is 6:30-8:30 p.m. The film is part of a human rights series presented by the Friends of St. Paul Public Library and Advocates for Human Rights. The real-life drama examines the ripple effects on families, schools, and communities when two teenage girls find that sexual assault crimes against them have been caught on camera. In the aftermath, the girls each endure online harassment and become targets of social media bullying. A moderated discussion follows the film. Space is limited so RSVP to go with us by Feb. 15.
